Mickey Quinn, President of Vanguard Dealer Services, began his career in the automotive industry over 25 years ago. Before joining Vanguard, Mickey worked in the retail side of the industry, advancing his way forward achieving great success in each position he held.

In his current role as President, Mickey oversees the day-to-day strategic operations for all Vanguard agencies on a national level. Mickey has been and continues to be a critical stakeholder in the growth of Vanguard from its infancy, through its strategic growth period with capital partners and acquisitions. Vanguard has become one of the largest and most profitable general agencies in the automotive industry, providing consulting, training, products, and compliance for dealers nationwide.

Mickey has a deep understanding of the imperative role Vanguard plays as the distribution channel for the Spectrum portfolio. He has a keen acumen for building and executing strategic initiatives across the organization. His expertise in all aspects of the business -- F&I, management, operations, proper policies, and procedures required to maximize profits, compliance, as well as customer and employee satisfaction, have culminated in his overall ability to drive his success for all the locations nationally that make up Vanguard.
